1) Login into Smarter mail account via client user.
2) Click on Settings Expand the Filtering tab.
3) Click on Folder Auto clean tick override auto-clean settings for this account.
4) Now click on Rules->Add New rules.
5) Click on save to create the folder.
6) To automatically clean folders, Use default auto-clean settings under options.
