Hello All,
One need to perform below mentioned steps to send mass mail with the help of HELM Tool Box:
1) Open HELM Tool Box.
2) Click on Mass Mail Tool from Left panel.
3) Select the criteria from the settings options like:

1) Open HELM Tool Box.

3) Select the criteria from the settings options like:
- - All Users, All Resellers, All Users/resellers, single user etc..,
- - Attachment [Email Draft]
- - Send Email from address
- - Email Subject Line.
- - Select email body type and account type etc..,
- Email message as HTML
- Send only to active accounts
- Carbon copy to secondary email address
