Hello All,
One need to perform below mentioned steps to create a folder as application folder/Virtual Directory:
1) Open IIS Manager.
2) Click on the websites.
3) Click on desired website and go the folder which needs to create as an application folder.
4) Right Click on that folder -> select directory tab.
5) Click on create button on application name.
6) Click ok.
