The ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE error frequently appears in Chrome because of web server or browser problems.

Here are the steps to fixing this error.
    1. Restart Your Router
One of the first steps you might take is to restart your router. You can restart a device by pressing the power button, turning it off for 10 to 15 seconds, and then turning it back on. If your device lacks a restart button, you can force it by unplugging it for 10 to 15 seconds and then plugging it back in.
    2. Clear the Chrome browser cache
      1. In Chrome, click on three dots on the top-right side of the page.
      2. Select the More Tools option, then Clear browsing data.

    3. Check the checkbox with the text Cached images and files in the pop-up box.
    4. Choose the Clear Data button.

    3. Disable all Chrome extensions
    1. In Chrome, click on three dots on the top-right side of the page.
    2. Choose the settings.
    3. Click on Extensions on the left side of the page.

    4. Turn off all Chrome extensions.

    4. Change DNS Settings and Clear the DNS Cache
    1. Go to Windows settings.
    2. Select Network and Sharing Center> Change adapter settings.

    3. Right-click on the network and choose Properties.
    4. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and then properties.

    5. Choose option Use the following DNS server addresses. Then, add “8.8.8.8” into the Preferred DNS server box to choose the Google Public DNS and Alternate DNS server; enter “8.8.4.4”:

    5. Disable Proxy setting
    1. In Chrome, click on three dots on the top-right side of the page.
    2. Choose the settings.
    3. Select the System option from the left side of the page.
    4. Now choose the Open your computer’s proxy settings option.

    5. Now turn off the toggle switch with the text Automatically detect settings, and Use a proxy server.

    6. Use another browser

changing to an alternative browser, like Mozilla Firefox. Because Firefox has a separate network stack from Chrome, it shouldn't experience the same problems. For this reason, we prefer Firefox. Launch the Firefox browser and attempt to load the website.
