Problem Statement
Runtime error on website having Database on SDF file.Solution
- Start IIS Manager.
- Click on Application pools select the application pool used by website in question.
- Right click on Application pool name and select Advanced Settings.
- Under Process model find Identity and change it to NETWORK SERVICE.
