    IP address question

    I wanted to start setting up my site (even though my address (athair.net) does not yet link to it).

    However, the ip address listed in the email was "2...1.8", and I am not sure how to use that.

          IP Address problem?

          What would the easiest way to change my IP address.
          I use Time Warner Cable.
          I cannot use a proxy site. I need to login to cPanel. I share it with a friend and for some reason they IP banned me.
