As soon as the new IP addresses were changed over I've lost 99.9% business due to my search engine rankings. I hope this will come back on the next Google and Yahoo dance at the end of the month.

Change of ip address wont have any impact on pagerank as they are assigned based on your domain name; however, if you move your domain to a different class ip range, then it may affect your rankings. If your site has top google rankings, it is advisable to move your server within the same c class ip range itself. -

Ip address will not make you Popular in Google rankings. This depends upon the SEO and the domain name you are registering it. There should be Keyword popularity, Top-level Domain extension name etc.. This increases the rankings both in Yahoo and Google.Comment

Losing quality backlinks, Penalty, On page factors, Google updates and server issues make sudden fall in the search engine. so optimize the issue to overcomeComment
