The NeoMail webmail application has been removed with the recent upgrade. This is due to support for the application being removed by cPanel.

We recommend that clients move over to the very popular SquirrelMail or Horde application which have a very similar feature set to that of NeoMail.

NeoMail supports the mbox format only, whereas the maildir format works in such a way that each email is saved in one file by itself in a folder.
