One of our client hosted his domain on our windows server 2003 and receiving the below mentioned error message in his site and updated us:
Network access for Distributed Transaction Manager(MSDTC) has been disabled.
To overcome the above issue, one may need to enable the service MSDTC from the server using the below mentioned steps:
1.Open Component Services from Administrative tools.
2.Expand Component Services.
3.Expand Computers.
4.Right Click on Properties.

5.Click on MSDTC tab and click on Security Configuration from Transaction Configuration section.

6.Select the Security Option as shown in the below figure:

7.Click on Ok button and start the service from the service control status for MSDTC.
